A tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable apartment on the edge of Acquaviva Picena. With private parking, to be closed with a remote-controlled fence. Outdoor terrace with panoramic view. Beautifully restored old village center, located on a higher part of the place. Lively and good restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Good starting point to explore the southern part of Le Marche, with places such as Ascoli Piceno, Offida and Grottammare.
