Superb

It is a very good solution for a couple of people. There are two regular rooms + a smaller room on the second level. The living room, along with the kitchen, is spacious. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The location in the city centre is very good with a 15 min walk to the sea coast.

There are some minor issues with the lights in some rooms, which could work better.

Nice, clean and centrally located apartment. The owner is very friendly, keeps in touch and tries to make the guests' stay as pleasant as possible. Uncomplicated check-in and affordable parking directly in front of the house. Absolutely to recommend.

Clean flat with all essentiells in a perfect location

The flat is very clean, the communication with the landlady is very easy and simple, access to the keys is organized via combination locks.

Just minor things: We did not have toilet paper or soap when we arrived, but just bought it in the vicinity. In response the landlady offered me a discount for the next visit (I told her after we left), which is very nice. :-) The flat has a super nice whirl pool which unfortunately did not work. The landlady gave us a discount to compensate for that.

Wspaniały pobyt w pięknym apartamencie z najlepszą obsługą, jaką można sobie wymarzyć.

Największym atutem tego miejsca jest fantastyczna obsługa – bardzo mili, życzliwi i pomocni ludzie, z którymi kontakt był szybki i bezproblemowy. Sam apartament zachwyca nowoczesnym stylem i świetnym wyposażeniem – były ręczniki, pościel oraz wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy do wygodnego pobytu. Dodatkowo lokalizacja okazała się idealna – droga do morza prowadzi przez piękny park, więc spacery były czystą przyjemnością.

Trudno wskazać coś negatywnego – wszystko spełniło nasze oczekiwania.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Top Kommunikation.

Es war genügend Platz für 5 erwachsene Personen, die sich auf 3 SZ aufgeteilt haben. Wir hatten ein eigenes Beistellbett dabei, das hat im Schlafzimmer auch Platz gefunden. Ruhige Lage, aber dennoch zentral. Nächstes Lidl 8 Minuten Gehweg. Wir haben auf dem Hinterhof geparkt - kostenfrei.

Im Allgemeinen sind Duschvorhänge nicht komfortabel. Und auch die Armaturen-Konstruktion im Bad ist beim Duschen ungünstig.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr nett und unkompliziert es wir in einer anderen Bewertung von Treppenhaus und Hof gesprochen das ich nicht teilen kann klar ist es keine Augenweide dennoch kann der Anbieter für die Nachbarschaft als auch das Treppenhaus nichts es ist immer noch eine Ferienwohnung und kein Hotel und wahrscheinlich eine Eigentümergemeinschaft was die Instandhaltung des Treppenhauses schwieriger macht aber die Wohnung ist top und kann sie jedem empfehlen auch wegen dem Kamin einfach nur gemütlich am Abend.

Der urlaub in Dwinemünde war toll!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, gute Ausstattung, sehr nette Vermieterein! Aber das Reinigungspersonal hat nicht ordentlich und auch nicht sauber, oder gründlich geputzt! Das weiss die Vegmieterin, wir haben mit ihr telefoniert!

unsaubere Polster, das Bad war unsauber!
