Wyspa Uznam - Apartament łuzycka

We loved our stay. It was clean and had everything we needed. We stayed for two days, but the toilet paper supply could have easily lasted a month. There was a foot towel and four large ones. There was plenty of cookware and dishes to prepare and reheat food. We were completely satisfied with everything.

This is not something that bothered us, but rather a heads-up for future guests. Getting to the parking space is a bit of a mini-quest: 1. Park your car on the street. 2. Find the correct house number and entrance to the building. 3. Take the elevator or stairs to the second floor. 4. Turn left out of the elevator, walk down the hallway, and your apartment will be on the right. 5. Open the lockbox using the code to get the door keys and the barrier gate remote. 6. Go back to your car, drive up to the barrier gate, and press the first button on the remote. 7. Drive into the courtyard. 8. Look for your spot (as specified in the message from the host). Note: The designated parking space for our apartment was not numbered. We had to count from the numbered spots to figure out where to park. Check-out is the same process in reverse: drive out, park on the street, head up to the second floor, put the keys back in the lockbox, go back down to your car, and off you go!

Korzystam z wielu apartamentów w Polsce na wyjazdy rodzinne i ten był najczyściejszym apartamentem w jakim byłam. Nawet czajnik elektryczny był odkamieniony,wow!! Czystość, udogodnienia, wyposażenie na medal. Cena apartamentu korzystna do cen panujących w Świnoujściu.

Jeśli ktoś nie jest zmotoryzowany to niestety ale ma daleko do morza i kawałek do portu. Akurat my to wiedzieliśmy dlatego to tylko informacja dla osób które poszukują apartamentu w Świnoujściu .

Die Unterkunft ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die tolle Lage und der Balkon zum Innenhof. Insgesamt war die Wohnung sauber und gemütlich und grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet.

Leider gab es einige Punkte, die verbessert werden könnten: Für 3 Personen waren nur 2 Duschtücher vorhanden, Handtücher für die Hände sowie ein Geschirrtuch fehlten. Die Küchenausstattung war zum Kochen für 3 Personen eher knapp bemessen, insbesondere waren Topf und Pfanne sehr klein. Die Lüftung im Bad und in der Küche funktionierte nicht. Die Schiebetür der Dusche sprang beim Öffnen und Schließen öfter aus der Halterung. Die Kissenbezüge waren zu klein, sodass die Kissen teilweise herausgeschaut haben. Auf dem Balkon war es nachts durch die Hofbeleuchtung sehr hell, da keine richtige Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit vorhanden ist. Im Sommer ist das zusätzlich ungünstig, da es keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilatoren gibt. Die Waschmaschine konnten wir aufgrund eines sehr starken unangenehmen Geruchs leider nicht benutzen.

Lokalizacja lokalu przy ul. Platan 4d jest bardzo korzystna - blisko do supermarketu, stacji kolejowej UBB, do plaży również nie jest daleko (ok. 1,5 km). Dodatkowo osiedle jest zamknięte i niedaleko znajduje się plac zabaw z boiskiem do kosza. Oprócz tego w bloku jest winda.

Od początku pobytu były problemy - rezerwacja była na lokal Łużycka 13, dziwnym trafem zostaliśmy umieszczeni na Łużyckiej 15, gdzie wystrój i metraż był kompletnie inny od pokazanego na zdjęciach. Mała kawalerka dla 4-osobowej rodziny - na pewno doszło do nieporozumienia. Kontakt sms z właścicielem nic nie przyniósł, dopiero telefon z innego numeru poskutkował dłuższą i niezbyt fajną rozmową, gdzie wmówiono nam, iż taki lokal zamawialiśmy i nic się nie da zrobić. Po zakończeniu nerwowej konwersacji, właściciel oddzwonił po 30 min. i zaoferował zmianę lokalu na większy i z dodatkowym pokojem, który mieścił się przy Platana 4d/14. Sam lokal dużo większy, niestety zapuszczony i wymagający modernizacji i pewnie remontu też - ogrom kurzu na meblach, zepsute drzwi od zamrażarki, niedomykające się drzwi od łazienki czy stare, niemodne kafelki w brodziku to tylko niektóre niedogodności. Do tego można dodać brak smart tv czy jedna rolka papieru toaletowego na dobrych kilka dni pobytu czteroosobowej rodziny. Proszę koniecznie uważać przy rezerwowaniu pobyty - najlepiej robić screeny przedstawiające zamawiamy lokal oraz jego lokalizację. Wtedy jest szansa na uniknięcie bardzo nieprzyjemnej sytuacji.
