De locatie, dichtbij centrum. Verblijf op boot maakte het extra bijzonder.
Voorzieningen zijn basic. De communicatie met eerste contactpersoon verliep erg onvriendelijk. Uiteindelijk wel in goed overleg met de eigenaar zelf en zijn vrouw kunnen regelen dat we onze bagage voor 21.00 uur konden afgeven.

This is a fantastic experience - the boat is located in the historical center of the city. You can walk across 2 nearby bridges to the restaurants, the old town, and the beautiful promenade along the river.
I had a great conversation with the host about the history of the place and the boat. I didn't expect that, but he gave me a key to the marina's office, so I could even take a shower there.
My car was parked on the nearby street, it's free from 18:00 to 8:00 and super convenient.
You need to understand what you are signing up for. The boat has a single room with two beds. The bathroom is very small, the water is limited, and the is nothing like the kitchen there. It's a comfortable fisherman's boat, not a fancy yacht. :)
I stayed on the weekend, so people in the nearby restaurants were having fun till around 3 am - it was quite noisy. But again, I wouldn't complain about it; this is just a part of an amazing experience.

A really unique experience, was such a fun alternate to a hotel and Tomas was a good host. expected it to be chilly/too hot but it was actually quite comfortable!
just be aware there’s no shower (fine for one night for us) and it’s right near the bars and restaurants, so can be a bit noisy. not issues for us, just what to expect

The ship's mooring place is in the heart of old town. Suitable for sitting with friends on the deck, sipping wine, and looking at passers-by and the Meridianas.
There is a strong stale smell mixed with the smell of cigarettes smoke inside the ship. There is a lack of hygiene. Especially in the toilet. Suitable for one night only.
