Exceptional

This is a fantastic experience - the boat is located in the historical center of the city. You can walk across 2 nearby bridges to the restaurants, the old town, and the beautiful promenade along the river. I had a great conversation with the host about the history of the place and the boat. I didn't expect that, but he gave me a key to the marina's office, so I could even take a shower there. My car was parked on the nearby street, it's free from 18:00 to 8:00 and super convenient.

You need to understand what you are signing up for. The boat has a single room with two beds. The bathroom is very small, the water is limited, and the is nothing like the kitchen there. It's a comfortable fisherman's boat, not a fancy yacht. :) I stayed on the weekend, so people in the nearby restaurants were having fun till around 3 am - it was quite noisy. But again, I wouldn't complain about it; this is just a part of an amazing experience.

They told me at 23 o‘clock in the night that it’s impossible to check in.

I was doing a reservation for the boat 23 hours in advance. When I wanted to check in, it was impossible to reach someone from the hosts until 23 o’clock. When I finally did at 23 o’clock, they told me they got my reservation too late to prepare the boat and I should cancel my stay at eleven in the night, which is impossible. I payed already but had no place to stay.

A really unique experience, was such a fun alternate to a hotel and Tomas was a good host. expected it to be chilly/too hot but it was actually quite comfortable!

just be aware there’s no shower (fine for one night for us) and it’s right near the bars and restaurants, so can be a bit noisy. not issues for us, just what to expect

Very nice and adventures place and location. It puts you out of your usual comfort zone. Almost 'life changing'.

The sanitairy facilities were quite simple. Maybe for some women a bit of a problem. But I got used to it quite soon.

Dont expect this place to be "comfortable" in the true sense of the word, but you gotta be here for the experience. It's a dingy old boat along the river right in the midst of busy bars. The space inside is a little cramped and stuffy. You might be woken up in the middle of the night by rowdy bar patrons diving into the river. Despite this, it's still a fun place to spend the night. If you stay here knowing what you're getting into, you'll have a nice time. If you want a quiet, comfortable place with a shower, this isn't for you.

The ship's mooring place is in the heart of old town. Suitable for sitting with friends on the deck, sipping wine, and looking at passers-by and the Meridianas.

There is a strong stale smell mixed with the smell of cigarettes smoke inside the ship. There is a lack of hygiene. Especially in the toilet. Suitable for one night only.

De locatie, dichtbij centrum. Verblijf op boot maakte het extra bijzonder.

Voorzieningen zijn basic. De communicatie met eerste contactpersoon verliep erg onvriendelijk. Uiteindelijk wel in goed overleg met de eigenaar zelf en zijn vrouw kunnen regelen dat we onze bagage voor 21.00 uur konden afgeven.
