This cottage is located just a short walk from the heart of the village of Venise-en-Québec. Stunning views of Lake Champlain and access to a private waterfront with a dock.
The cottage: A comfortable 2-bedroom home that can accommodate up to 8 people. King-size bed in the master bedroom + futon; double bed with a single bed stacked on top in the second bedroom, directly across from the bathroom; 2-person whirlpool tub and separate shower; large living area including dining room, living room, and workspace; glass enclosure on the balcony; Laundry room. Access to a private lake just steps away for swimming and water sports.
Amenities: Unlimited 25 Mbps Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Roku, Blu-ray player, propane BBQ, outdoor fire pit (wood not included), 1 tandem kayak, 2 single kayaks, and 2 paddleboards with paddles and personal flotation devices in various sizes.
Located right next to the Noah Spa, Le Greg Golf Club and restaurant, and the hiking trails of the Neville Nature Reserve in Venise-en-Québec. Many activities nearby!
The cottage’s living area and front yard offer a beautiful view of Lake Champlain. Please note that you’ll need to cross the main road between the cottage and the lake to launch the kayaks or go swimming.
You can also rent a second cottage located directly across the street at the same time—ideal for two families who want to vacation together while still enjoying their own privacy.

Really enjoyed our stay. House clean and ease of parking. Downside is Location remote and unless going to use the lake somewhat limited in anything to do in location, we stopped by the adjacent hotel to see if we could use the pool but no pool. Would trim weeds. We went into Montreal all three days during our stay which was about 45-60 minutes away and when come back not that much to do. Notwithstanding very nice clean house and host great, mistook the hot tub in bathroom for a jacuzzi on deck.

This cottage by the lake was absolutely lovely - clean, well equipped and comfortable. The position is fabulous right by the lake. Everything worked as it should and we got the key code in good time. No complaints at all. Loved every minute.
