This charming 80m² two-bedroom apartment reflects the true spirit of downtown Lisbon. With a privileged location in the city centre, just a few steps from the vibrant Praça do Comércio and the historic Chiado, this property offers the perfect combination of traditional charm and modern comfort. Please note that the lively area, known for its bustling bars and restaurants, may bring some noise.
The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed and a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows. The classic and spacious apartment is bathed in natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The balconies offer a charming outdoor refuge, perfect for enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of downtown Lisbon.
The dining room is spacious and offers a dining table for six people, making it easy to enjoy meals together.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, oven, and microwave, to prepare delicious meals. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs, along with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze.
One bedroom features a cosy double bed, while the other has two comfortable single beds, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. All the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Fantastic location. The building acoustics are very bad so expect to hear a lot of noise from the apartment above and across the hall. The apartment is tired and needs some investment in refurbishment and furniture. All the floors creak terribly and moving about at night makes so much noise! The bed pillows are terrible! It would be nice to have a sponge in the kitchen at least - cheap items but nice for guests to not have to go and buy household amenities on a holiday.
The apartment is spacious and was clean just a little more thought could go into creating guest comfort.
