A terrace with outdoor furniture, in-unit laundry, A/C and central heating are also at your disposal!

The main level features a bright en‑suite bedroom with a queen‑size bed, plush linens, and ample wardrobe space, while the second bedroom offers a single bed with crisp, fresh bedding and plenty of storage.
The open‑plan living area includes a sofa‑bed for two extra guests and flows into a well‑equipped kitchenette and a cosy dining corner, making it easy to enjoy relaxed meals at home.
A sleek bathroom completes the space, stocked with all‑natural toiletries, soft towels, and essentials, and both floors have air conditioning and heating to keep you comfortable year‑round.
For full transparency, there may be daytime noise from nearby construction (typically 9 AM – 6 PM) and, because the apartment sits above a bar, some sounds could carry late into the evening. The building does have an elevator, but it may occasionally be out of service for maintenance; when this happens, the stairs are the only access.

At our Welcome Point we provide you a flexible check-in time, and our team will be happy to share all the information you need for your stay. Very clean and comfortable apartment with stylish decor. Elevator goes directly into apartment which was great.

Check in was quick, staff was proactive in being ready when we arrived and flexible to accommodate any delay on the day of arrival until we got to the property. The property is very well located with ample food, entertainment, parking and things to do around the area.
