The condo was a perfect location and very clean.

Communication was tedious and sometimes difficult. We don’t really like having to go through property manager when we book a room through Booking.com. It makes communication so much more complicated. Also the front desk could not help us with anything since we were booked through Vacasa. It took us half an hour to find and get into the laundry facility because of this.

Perfect location for the best access to Big Sky resort!

Perfect location for Big Sky resort and skiing. Easy access to dining, shops, and base activities. We walked to everything. Condo was very clean and well appointed. This was our first visit to Big Sky and realized staying at the base location for lodging really made our quick weekend easy versus off base and relying on shuttles, etc. Big Sky is an incredible ski area with amazing terrain for all abiities.

Condo was a bit dated. Bathrooms, furniture and carpeting on flooring - not enough of an issue to not book the property again though! There was no ski storage included. We paid additional to access overnight storage at the base. It would be great to add some information in unit on ski storage, restaurants, etc. We found reservations were required for all of the restaurants at the base and at Shoshone Condo.

Great spot for skiing vacation!

The location was perfect and the rooms were spacious and perfect for a larger group!

It would’ve been nice to have access to the laundry facilities. Because we booked through Vacasa the concierge couldn’t help us with really anything and we had to do everything through our Vacasa link.

Beautiful location but old, worn bathrooms. Horrible parking. Overpriced for the quality.

Beautiful location!! Right next to ski lifts!

Worn, old feeling. Room was tattered and worn. Floor baseboards were dirty, pillow beads were broken off. Grout was dirty on the bathroom floors. Showers were worn and dirty. Definitely needs replacing and touch up paint. New flooring in bathrooms etc. hated the early check out time of 10am! Check in isn’t until 4. And breakfast isn’t included. Parking is weird! You have to park way away and walk through a creepy tunnel! Too expensive to make it worth the cons. If it was cheaper then I would understand. Cleaning fee should not be $200+!

It fit us all and met our needs. Nice building and well equipped and supplied unit. Parking included.

We booked last minute for an evening arrival and check in was confusing and complicated. We didn't realize this unit is NOT handled by the hotel front desk. Took us a while to figure out whom to call, get hold of them, and then had to go through some sort of verification process on a bad phone connection before we got the key code. This took almost an hour while waiting outside the property.

We loved the condo. It was super cute and cozy. My kids loved the Murphy bed and pull out couch in the living room. There were also two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. We loved the amenities at the resort as well.

Our trash was never picked up.

We made it work

Great location

The main bathroom walk in shower door was about to come out of the wall the bedroom bathroom the shower curtain was moldy and nasty the vent in the bedroom was full of dust and the window screen was broken. Some of the dishes were still dirty

It was a great vacation

The accommodations were clean

you could tell the mattresses on the Murphy bed and sofa sleeper were old. They were lumpy. Also the parking for the extra vehicle was not clear. The lot you directed us to had “no overnight” parking signs posted. Luckily the parking attendant at the hotel gave us a parking pass

Superb

Ease of finding the pace. Very nice accommodation. Very convenient to small supermarket. Very close to the main chairs. We loved the ski valley service. We liked the starter things in the condo and all the basics were there. Soap, toilet paper, shampoo, tea coffee, etc.

It would have been nice to have a way to play music in the condo. An electric kettle to easily make tea would be a good addition.

someone showed up to clean the day after we arrived ...we had this reservation for a long time.

We arrived to old food on the counter, dirty dishes filled the sink, wet towels on the floor, and the beds had been slept in and not cleaned.

Location, location, location

The location was great and all of the windows/balcony doors provided the most beautiful view of Big Sky. I loved that. There also was an ample amount of pillows and bedding (for just me, but not for the 4-6 people that could stay there).

The power was out the first evening/night I was there - no fault of the property owners, but quite the adventure in an unfamiliar space. The third day I was there, though, the thermostat went into economy mode (and the only options were economy or off) and it became quite chilly - the weather was in the 40s. There was no adjusting it...why?! Additionally, the gate code for parking didn't work past the first day, so I didn't have access to the parking after leaving for food. And the bed, whew. Not recommended for guests in their 40s :)
