Very convenient to mountain and other amenities

Walking distance to mountain / food / etc., very clean, free breakfast / coffee and tea / water. Spacious rooms with free parking and equipment storage. Free transport to mountain (3 min drive) if you don’t want to walk. Bar for evening drinks.

A bit outdate- could use an aesthetic refresh, but very clean. Beds in our room were very, very firm (but that is a personal opinion, someone else may like that). Breakfast was fine, but could be a bit better considering the overall cost of the stay. Kitchenette in room was nice to have, but there were no plates, cups, or utensils- took some from breakfast area to use in room.

The staff were incredibly accommodating. The location was perfect for us. Breakfast and common areas were great.

For the size of room and slight distance to the hill, the price was on the very high side. Some of the facilities such as pool and hot tubs are showing a lot of wear and tear.

We enjoyed staying by the mountain.

Friendly staff & served eggs in the morning. The hot tub was hot & not too much chorine. Very fun in the cold weather. Had towels available at the pool.

Had to pay for parking in an empty lot, tired & worn facilities, no gluten free breakfast options.

I'd rather rent an airbnb next time.

Bed was cozy

I stayed here 5 years ago and it was great. This time, not so much. It needs a major "facelift"- nothing has changed in 5 years and everything is run down. I tried to check in early because there was NO ONE at the hotel- total slack at the ski hill, and they wanted to charge me $50 more. So I didn't. That was ridiculous. I could understand it the hotel was full, but there were very few people staying there. All the facilities are very run down.

Luxurious

Everything was wonderful, we enjoyed our stay very much. The beds were comfortable which is always important when you have been on a motorcyclel for 3 days.

Because I booked through bookings we had to pay for parking. Parking is not free. If you book through the resort the parking is free.

Staff was nice

It is not worth the amount you pay for . This property needs some updating . Pool was a little dirty , elevator barley works and the rooms need a deeper cleaning .

Good hotel

Hotel was a nice hotel to stay in, outdoor hot tub and indoor pools were really nice to be able to use. Breakfast in the morning was also a good addition.

Hotel would be perfect in winter to be close to the slopes. In summer there is less going on up in this area outside of the hiking. Most shops and restaurants are in the town.

Delightful Stay at Big Sky

The room was very comfortable for the 2 of us. We could relax. The lounge was beautiful, with comfy couches and a large fireplace. Hot tub was very nice after a long day of hiking, or fly fishing.

If we had to complain about anything, a minor detail was the limited choices at breakfast - probably because it was a shoulder season. That said, it was all delicious, the service was excellent, and included in the cost of the room.

absolutely terrible and falso advertising

the only part of this stay that was good was the staff

their description on booking is completely false. only found one pool and that was indoor. no operating restaurants on site. no balconies. no furniture to put your clothing in in the bedroom. put ours in the kitchen cabinets that were empty because there was no kitchen equipment. they are working on properties all around the lodge all day long. so if you want to take a walk, you better look both ways or get run over by a dump truck, wear a face mask so u don't choke on the dust and keep ear plugs handy for all of the construction noise. i cannot express how disappointing this visit was. dont go!!!

A wonderful Big Sky stay

The facilities were lovely and very comfortable. Our corner room had 3 windows with views and we were able to see the gorgeous sunrise. The staff were all welcoming and helpful.

The bed and towels were superb, but the sheets a bit scratchy.

Comfortable, close to attractions and friendly service

The staff was friendly and a hot breakfast was provided. We needed extra linens and the staff delivered right to our room. Location is great as it is at the base of the mountain!

My only suggestion is the eggs at breakfast were not "real". Made from powder and extremely soft. Hot breakfast options need improved to mee the overall expectations of the facility.
