Loved the property. It had everything you needed.
The only slight downside was you could hear the people upstairs moving about.

Clean, tidy and well presented.
No sound proofing between the apartment and upstairs apartment. Very noisy, you can hear everything upstairs, talking, snoring and other activities! Really is not acceptable and ruined the holiday. Had a family talking all night until 5:30 in morning. They were just talking but with no sound proofing they might as well have been in the flat with us. everything else about the flat is great.

The noise from the upstairs apartment was annoying. They weren't even being loud - the sound proofing is just not very good.

Brad was a fabulous host, communication was great and Katy's No 6 was a perfect stay for myself and my parents. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, everywhere was clean and the place smelled nice! It was close to shops and other amenities (several fish and chips shops!) and, despite the description saying no parking was available, we were able to park outside the door every time we came back from our days out. There is a lot to do in Northumberland (there's a local information pack in the property) and Amble was a great location to access them all.
We liked it all, and would recommend to anyone going to Northumberland! We gave a couple of suggestions to Brad after we had left (changing the heating timer to BST, extra coasters in the lounge) which he acted on straight away.
Be aware - there's a holiday let above the property, we could hear their TV, dog and children, but it didn't detract from our holiday.

Good location, spotlessly clean. Very good local eateries and easy access to the rest of Northumberland.
When we had a query Brad was quick to reply and help.
Sofa wasn't the comfiest, but we were out and about and didn't use it much

Lovely flat, beautifully decorated and very clean.
Well situated for walking to Amble harbour, beaches and shops and also exploring further afield.
Holiday spoilt by very noisy and inconsiderate family in flat above, seemed to be little soundproofing and could hear every noise, even snoring! I was surprised no previous reviews mentioned this or maybe we were just unlucky with the tenants above.
Parking okay, always close by though not always immediately outside the flat.
The road outside is very busy with traffic, including lorries and buses but was quiet at nighttime.
Back yard, though clean, not very pleasant to sit out in, with only a table/chairs and the 4 rubbish bins. Could do with brightening up with a few plants in pots.

Very comfortable, clean and well appointed flat, in a convenient location for exploring the area and in a delightful working port. Parking on street was easy and the location was quiet. We took our adult daughter away for a couple of days and the flat was perfect for us, with Amble an interesting place to stroll around.
