Plentiful views offers more than what the title says. Not only is this home nestled down a private drive surrounded by fields and the beautiful Lake Anna but there is plenty to do. You can enjoy relaxing on either of the 2 indoor/outdoor living areas which offer many places to sit and relax. You can also enjoy the private dock to sunbath or swim. It is conveniently located near many attractions. This property is located 1 mile from The Cove, a popular restaurant, bar, convenient store and marina. You can use this place to launch your own boat if you have one or rent a boat if you don't. It is also located just a few miles away from Lake Anna State Park and Lake Anna winery. It is 1 hour from historic Charlottesville, 45 minutes from historic Fredericksburg, 2 hours from Washington DC, 2 hours from Virginia Beach. It is also close to many historic civial war parks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing property. Outdoors: The two outdoor porches are even more amazing than they appear in the photos. The lower porch has a propane firepit that was quite lovely on a chilly October evening. We also greatly enjoyed fishing and boating on the lake via the convenient dock, kayak, and canoe. Indoors: The house is beautiful, with a well equipped kitchen, large luxurious bathrooms, and very comfortable bedrooms/beds. We were crossing our fingers hoping the Wifi would support 4 people doing virtual school, and indeed it worked great! Norma was also very helpful when we asked a few questions prior to our visit. We had a wonderful time and we would very gladly return to this property!
