About this house rental

Located on Lake Anna across from the state park on a 1 acre lot in a quiet cove. This newly renovated four bedroom, three bath home sleeps 9 people features an eat in kitchen plus a large screened porch with a sitting area as well as a dining area. On the main level, the master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bath. Also on the main level is another room with a king size bed and a room with a duo bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on top) with a trundle bed pull out. There is a bath located next to these two bedrooms. Upstairs there is a suite with a king bed and queen pull out sofa and a private bath. The large family room a large sectional for gatherings and a large window for lake views. Gather for movie night or enjoy a book while relaxing in a chair by the window while taking in the views. Brand new patio with fire pit added spring of 2021! Enjoy a fire, roast some s'mores and relax!

Just Chillin’ was perfect for our annual girls get away. The house is immaculate. Decorations were gorgeous. Beds comfy and the couch and chairs perfect for lounging after a day in the sun. We enjoyed the screened in porch during a thunderstorm. The long dining table was a great place for our crafting. Communication was quick and helpful. Thank you for allowing these teachers a fabulous place to Just Chill!

Celebrated birthday with family for the weekend. We did not use the canoe or kayaks. The canoe was not in good condition. Couldn't close blinds above slider doors. Maybe wall mounted remote needed batteries. Home was clean and well stocked. Loved the fire pit. Loved the king size beds. View from house was lovely. The kids enjoyed the yard. Everyone had a great time.

We had a great stay at the lake here with our family of 6. The house is right on the lake with a nice big yard and we were able to pull our boat up to the dock. The house is decorated beautifully, they have tons of books, games and puzzles and very comfortable beds and couches. The dining table is nice and big for meals as a family and we enjoyed sitting out at the fire pit in the evening with a beautiful view. We used the kayaks and there is a big no wake zone to kayak in. The indoor porch is great with a big table and couch seating and there are some fun games in there as well such as connect 4 and checkers. The house was stocked with kitchen supples, paper towel, towels, and coffee filters. We can't wait to come back!

Beth’s house is absolutely perfect for a relaxing vacation. It was clean, stocked well with necessities and outdoor and indoor games, beautiful view of the lake. The upstairs is very hot but she has a window air conditioner that could be used to cool it down (some of our family last minute couldn’t come so we ended up not using this room). The screened in porch was so lovely to hang out on. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The home is clean, comfortably and beautifully decorated, well appointed, stocked with all the essentials, and set up for relaxation and recreation. We cooked, paddled and made smores around the pit. The screened porch was perfect for meals, and fun nights of games and hanging out. Interior upgrades and well appointed with great common rooms and plenty of bedrooms. Wonderful outdoor amenities with grills and fire pit and easy access to the dock for fishing and swimming. Kayaks and canoe right there and easy access o the lake . Close to the beautiful state park and the local restaurants.

The host was very responsive to my messages and check-in and checkout were both very convenient. I should stay here again!
