Die Lage und der Ausblick vom Balkon waren super.
Der grundsätzliche Pflegezustand war nicht ok: 3 Kakerlaken 🪳 in nur 3 Tagen. Kein großer Topf, um für 3 Leute einmal in einem Schwung zB Nudeln kochen zu können. Ablauf in Küchenspüle undicht.

Amazing location. Yet peaceful.
I don't think the property would be suitable for persons unable to deal with the stairs. Quite difficult to get thing up and down. How about mini fridge upstairs? Also just a few more shelves in bathroom and bedroom.
