Чудово абсолютно все, окрім звукоізоляції. Можна спокійно розмовляти з сусідами через стіну навіть не підвищуючи голос. Зате, якщо ти сам і чихнув, тобі завжди скажуть «Будь здоровий».

unfortunately renovation work in adjacent apartment meant loud music and drilling / banging during the day on weekdays, a temporary inconvenience that I'm sure will not affect guests in the future
