Локація супер, навпроти будинку є дуже гарна кавʼярня, а за будинком в десяти хвилинах вокзал. В помешканні є всі зручності, також працюючий ліфт.
Пральна машина стрибає, краще не класти на неї якісь крихкі речі

Найбільше сподобалося розташування помешкання - неподалік від вокзалу. А також укомплектування побутовою технікою: телевізор, праска, холодильник, мікрохвильова машина, пральна машинка, плита, електрочайник.
Розташування ліжка навпроти вхідних дверей.

Все чудово! Житло світле, чисте й тепле. Розташування біля вокзалу. Дуже сподобалося!

Почну з переваг: Локація, 5хв від вокзалу і ти в апартаментах; В помешканні все чистенько, лаконічно, є все необхідне по посуду, сонячна сторона)
Витяжка геть ніяка! Сусіди курять на сходовій кл. це все йде в квартиру, якби я палила то б в мене не було жодного тригеру на це, а так то не можливо дихати! Шумоізоляція, тобто її відсутність ( чути все що відбувається за стінкою в сусідів) власне чути хто про що розмовляє! Диван-розкладний, практично не тримається купи, з нього легенько можна впасти якщо сідаєш на край, і до того всього не зручний(
