Le Domaine de Wisbeley

Plenty of outdoor space with a pool, volleyball court, pingpong table, and pétanque courts. We booked both the 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments, and each had its own private garden with an outdoor dining area. The wellness rooms and jacuzzi were a great bonus. Everything was very well organised. Vincent was a great host: friendly and always happy to help. Location is also ideal: 5 minutes from the supermarket and close to many towns and attractions in the Ardennes. Highly recommend.

The bed/pillow were a bit firm for our liking. Also, because the property is beautifully surrounded by nature and farmland, there are quite a few insects when eating outside. We stayed during an unusually warm period (almost a heatwave) so some of us found it a little too warm to sleep, but Vincent was very kind to provide us with several fans, which helps a lot.

We liked the garden and the BBQ place. The rooms are cosy and sufficiently big. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room has a billiard table. There are many games to play (bedminton, volleyball, petang…) in the garden. Next to the Domain is a great hiking school, and chevrerie.

It is a little bit noisier than we expected (sometimes you can hear the highway). On the other hand it is convinient because you can reach your destination quicker.
