Perfect short term stay in Brissy Cozy & Relax

We had a fantastic stay at this property! Everything was exactly as described and even better in person. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The check-in process was smooth and convenient, and the instructions were very clear. The host was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The location was also great, with easy access to transport, shops, and restaurants nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The price of $549 for 3 days and 2 nights was very reasonable, especially considering the central CBD location within easy walking distance of Fortitude Valley. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with excellent amenities that made the stay very comfortable. One of the highlights was the lovely view and beautiful natural light, which made the space feel bright and welcoming. The staff member we dealt with was also responsible, professional, and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. Overall, this property offers great value for money, convenience, comfort, and a fantastic location.

What I didn’t like was the check-in process, which was confusing and inconvenient. Although the full payment had already been taken a month in advance, I was still required to transfer an additional $350 bond to a personal account before the key location would be provided, which felt uncomfortable. Once the bond transferred was confirmed, I only received a photo of the lockbox, but there were several lockboxes on the opposite side of the building, making it unclear which one was correct. This led me to initially enter the adjacent building by mistake, as I did not realise the apartment was actually in a different building on another street. I had to contact the manager again for clearer directions and was then told to enter through the car park and use a keyed door to reach level 10. Without those extra instructions, I would never have been able to find the apartment on my own. The property itself was excellent, but the arrival and key collection experience could definitely be improved with clearer upfront instructions and a more professional bond process.

The property was very modern and spacious with a great kitchen and bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again and parking was easily accessible. Definitely recommend staying at this beautiful property. The hosts are very accomodating and responsive.
