The only downsides were that we felt the price was quite high for a one-night stay, and finding a park was a little difficult. We also had to get out at the subway to collect the key before we could park the car at the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient.

Great view.
Good position for us.
Details re getting the key from the lock box were intricate, but we didn't realize they were so far away from the access to the accommodation.
No tea towels in the kitchen, we could have called the owner I guess.
