The property was perfectly located in Newstead where there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. Up on the 13th floor with double glazing on the windows meant a quiet location. The kitchen was more than adequately provided with dinnerware and utensils. The apartment was welcoming and clean. The hosts were very contactable and very helpful during entry to the apartment.
Having two sets of keys available would have been nice.

As a business traveller, this was such a good alternative to a hotel. Plenty of space and nice to have a kitchen and lounge. Great secure car parking.
Didn't like the lock box key situation. Very hard to find the location of the lock box. Property manager was very responsive and sent photos but when travelling alone and arriving in the dark at night, it wasn't ideal.
