Live Finca San Miguel

Finca San Miguel is a beautiful, quiet paradise for anyone who loves authentic places. It is so peaceful and silent here, completely surrounded by nature and the mountains. The highlight of the place is the garden, it is truly amazing, filled with local Canarian trees and plants, and you can just sit there and look at the ocean. We stayed in July and we absolutely loved the swimming pool with its beautiful flagstones and curious lizards and geckos. The Finca is also perfectly located to visit the island, we found it to be a perfect escape from the busy coastal area.

Because it is an old rural finca, some of the furniture is worn out. The two single beds were squeaky and had old mattresses. But there was a new sofabed though and the double bed also had a completely new mattress. The kitchen is basic, but it has all you need and comes with a very big, high-quality fridge.

Ce n'est pas que nous n'apprécions pas la compagnie des animaux mais étant allergique aux chats, il n'était pas évident de gérer ses fréquentes intrusions. A part ça, un environnement extrêmement plaisant et dépaysant.

I liked the location and the beautiful garden. It's a quiet spot, with amazing views, we could switch off completely and relax. Overall - we had a great holiday.

Winter season wasn't the best time to be there, it was cold in the morning and at night, we couldn't use the swimming pool. We weren't notified about cameras in the house, so we were surprised, especially about the one in the main bedroom. When we arrived on the first day we realised that some areas in the house weren't clean. The toilet and bidet weren't cleaned after previous visitors, bedside tables were sticky, we found mice droppings on the shelves in the kitchen, the BBQ grill was full of cigarette butts. From the property that was rated 10/10 we are expecting a little bit more....so we were a little bit disappointed....

Wir wurden nicht persönlich empfangen, jedoch problemlos durch einen Angestellten schon vor der vereinbarten Zeit eingelassen. Der erste karge Eindruck von Teneriffa im Süden wurde durch den Anblick des grünen und blühenden Gartens der Finca aufgefangen. So sind wir auch jeden Tag voller Freude von Ausflügen in unsere grüne Oase der Ruhe zurückgekehrt und haben den erfrischenden Pool genossen. Auftretende Probleme mit der Elektrizität wurden vom Veranstalter umgehend durch einen noch am gleichen Abend eintreffenden Techniker behoben. Die Finca wurde schon ausgiebig beschrieben, wir schließen uns allen positiven Bewertungen an. Eine Bitte an alle unsere Nachmieter: Seien Sie nett zu Sophia, der Nachbarskatze.
