Free parking. Comfy beds. Very clean. Large garden and sitting room/kitchen area. Lovely walk to the pool. Short distance from restaurants and night life. 15 min from Los Christanios, 25 from Costa Adeje.
Was not an issue but in some areas paint was chipping/peeling. Pool area needs maintenance but was good.

Lovely modern villa with lots of room for guests
Sitting area outside was a bit neglected, some of the furniture was tired looking. Pool area didn't look the cleanest so decided against. No safe for valuables which was very disappointing.
