La Cuadra de Arona

La maison est conforme à l'annonce. L'espace est exceptionnel. L'extérieur : une piscine chauffée (même par temps nuageux on y rentre très facilement) d'environ 6m de long, bien suffisante puisqu'elle est privative, très très bien entretenue. Très bel espace extérieur avec deux espaces repas, petit coup de coeur pour le coin repas barbecue. Vue sur l'océan, coin calme face aux écuries. Ayant vu des précédents commentaires sur certaines odeurs, nous sommes restés là 15 jours et n'avons rien senti. L'intérieur : propreté irréprochable, chambres très spacieuses et confortables. Deux espaces distincts avec d'un côté une chambre, une SDB et un salon. Second espace avec une chambre lit double, une seconde chambre lits séparés, une SDB et cuisine. Effectivement nous ne pouvons pas jeter de papier dans les WC. Il suffit juste de vider la poubelle régulièrement et nettoyer pour éviter les odeurs. Hôte très agréable et pas du tout envahissante, vient entretenir les extérieurs lorsque nous ne sommes pas là. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour !

Le petit point à prendre en compte est que la maison se situe en hauteur et certaines routes peuvent être très difficiles d'accès. Toujours emprunter les grandes routes en passant par le centre ville. Nous avions une seat tarraco ( un bateau cette voiture), ce n'est pas facile pour tous conducteur. Avec un véhicule 5 places pas de problème.

La casa tal cual las fotos, una gozada de sitio. Tranquilo y precioso. Una buena piscina y todo muy bien cuidado y limpio. Muy recomendable. Esperamos poder repetir pronto!

Todo fue genial, nada negativo

The property is 600 meters over the sea levels, on the hills, in the countryside. There is a nice view of the coast. The garden is nice. There is a nice heated swimming-pool. The location is generally quiet, but (see below).

- The hosts live in a house on the top of the hill, just a few meters from the property. They barely speak English and use the mobile phone for translation. - The hosts have a big dog. This dog is barking and howling all the time when the hosts are away, which happens quite often. - During the last days of our vacation, a donkey appeared in the garden of the host. The donkey was left alone and it brayed all the time. - At out arrival, there were several large dog shits in the garden (probably from this dog) which the hosts never cleaned. - At out arrival, there was a Kinder egg yellow-plastic container in the garden, that the hosts never removed. - We arrived mid-afternoon. We found in the fridge: a bottle of wine, a bottle of milk, and a chocolate bar (the same given at the dune buggy tours). That's all. We were then obliged to go shopping the same day if we wanted to have something to eat. - There is a chicken farm not far from the property. When it is hot, and depending on the wind direction, awful stenches pervade the air making it barely breathable. - The kitchen of the villa can be considered the realm of the sticky things. The situation about kitchen tools, cutlery, dishes, pans, is very bad. - The washing machine is located in the garden, close to the barbecue. - We never used the barbecue, because it is still based on coal. - The sleeping rooms are quite ok, but they stink of oldish stuff. - The property is composed of two apartments, but this means that you have to go out of one apartment and enter the second one if you want to use the second bathroom. - Bathroom issue: you cannot throw toilet paiper in the toilet of the second bathroom, which basically lead to using only one toilet for pooing. This can be a problem if there are severa people in the property. - The bathrooms stink because of the sink drain. - There is nothing to clean the property if you're staying for a long time.
