Wir haben ein wunderschönes, verlängertes Wochenende auf dem Kuhberg verbracht. Als Kind war ich oft in einem der Orte unterhalb des Berges im Urlaub und hatte viele schöne Erinnerungen an die Wanderungen auf den Kuhberg und die Einkehr in der damaligen Kuhberg-Gaststätte. Unser Zimmer war absolut sauber mit einer super ausgestatteten Küchenzeile und einem tollen, großen Badezimmer. Die Lage hoch oben auf dem Berg inmitten der Natur ist sehr ruhig und erholsam. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, welches sehr liebevoll vorbereitet war. Wir konnten im Frühstücksraum essen oder es auf mit auf unser Zimmer nehmen. Dass es keine Gaststätte mehr gibt, ist bedauerlich, insbesondere für die Wanderer, die nach wie vor hoffnungsvoll oben ankommen (vielleicht sollte man an den Wegweisern noch deutlicher darauf hinweisen) , aber letztendlich empfanden wir es als Gäste des "Hauses Kuhberg" richtig toll und von Vorteil, dass es dadurch so ruhig und erholsam war. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und empfehlen Euch gerne weiter.
