About this apartment hotel
Welcome to Berta, our charming two-room apartment on the upper floor. With approximately 35 square meters of space, it can accommodate 2 to 3 people. The spacious southeast-facing balcony is perfect for enjoying the sun. The stylish living room, featuring a pull-out sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, and a small dining table, creates a cozy atmosphere. The built-in kitchenette, the separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, and the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower round out your stay. Pets are welcome.
Our fully furnished apartments with a kitchenette, bathroom, and either a combined living room and bedroom or separate living and sleeping areas can also be booked on a daily basis. Long-term rentals are also available. Two ground-floor apartments are wheelchair-accessible.
Upon request, we offer a hearty breakfast, which can be booked as an add-on.
You’re welcome to gather in the common room to socialize and play games. The beverage fridge is always well-stocked, and a selection of games and books is available.
Don’t feel like going out or cooking for yourself in the evening? We’ll prepare a generously filled cold platter for you or recommend some of the great restaurants in the area.
Pets are welcome.
On-site costs: Extra Terms: Haus Kuhberg requires no prepayment; payment is due on-site in cash or by debit card. Cancellations made up to 15 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged up to 100% of the total price. (50% for 14–8 days, 80% for 7–1 days, 100% on the arrival date or for no-shows) Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM; after 4:00 PM, check-in is available at any time via self-check-in using the key safe. Please check out by 10:30 a.m. at the latest. Pets are allowed in certain apartments upon request for an additional fee of €10 per night per pet. We provide a crib upon request. Extra beds are subject to availability and incur an additional charge of €20 per bed. A one-time final cleaning fee of €20.00 is included in the price. Breakfast can be added for €11 per person. Children up to 12 years of age pay half price. Upon request, we can prepare cold platters for dinner for €11.90 per person.— Children under 12 also pay half here
