Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This condo was really convenient to Main Street. It has a well equipped kitchen for cooking almost anything. It was clean and a good size for a small family. A few small maintenance issues but our stay was great and I would stay here again.

The condo was very nice for my family of 6 (4 kids). Feels recently decorated and clean, great views, limited mountain views but still very nice overlook of river and greenspace on property. Nice technology in condo too!

Clean, spacious and good location. But, beds and pillows were rock hard (so no sleep at all) and you can hear people coming back from the bars late at night. The lighting in the bathrooms were also terrible.
