A little noisy, needed windows open bc there was no a/c and you could hear street noise.

Location and parking is great. Great to be able to cook breakfast in kitchen. Like we each had our own bathroom. Liked having robes.

Jack hammering near hot tub. TV remotes didn’t have batteries and living room TV needs longer HDMI cable. No Saran Wrap or tinfoil for leftovers

Great Location near Main St, ski rentals, restaurants and Peak 9. Easy access to free public transportation. The Front Desk team was really helpful explaining all the amenities and the ski equipment valet option we didn't know we had.

My particular 1 bedroom apartment (The Modern Moose) had issues with the beds. The king bed needs to be replaced as the mattress is not comfortable anymore and the frame tends to make noise with movement, which affected our sleep. The sofa bed also had issues, you could feel the springs through it—so replacing or upgrading it would greatly improve the stay.

Great location. Our condos were clean and comfortable. Bob, at the front desk, was friendly and helpful.

Parking. We had a 2 bdrm and 3 bdrm condos. We got 2 parking spots total. We asked to pay for another and were told that the parking lot was full. We were in the parking lot everyday and it was at most 60% full. We were warned to save our receipt because we would need that if we got a ticket. The process was not always accurate which could result in a ticket. Paying almost $9000 for the condos and $500 for parking and having one family need to park 1/2 mile away, while being at risk for getting an inappropriate parking ticket was very dissatisfying. The hot tubes were frequently dirty and several did not have working jets. The one at the Waterhouse was very nice but the others need updating.
