Great location. Perfect size for our group of 4 adults. Clean property

The fridge freezer drawer seemed to not close properly so the light shone through our door if we kept the door open. I did let them know as soon as we arrived and they said they’d look into it. We were only there for one night so we were not using the freezer, so didn’t really bother us too much. Also, when we first tried to check in we were told by the front desk that someone was still there. But there was apparently a cancellation of that group but miscommunication with the front desk. A quick call with host solved the issue. But it was still annoying to have to deal with that

The property itself was very nice and clean

The check-in was a disaster. The management company sent texts saying we were checked in & just needed to pick up the key cards at the desk. Once we got to the desk, they said they showed no reservation & were unable to help us as they only hand out the keycards after the proper forms are submitted by the management company. They said we would have to contact the company we made the reservation with & also informed us the management company’s office was closed for the day. The text from the management company telling us the check-in procedure listed a number to text if you had problems. They didn’t answer any of the texts. Finally we found a phone number on one of the earlier booking texts we were able to call & reach someone to help. The booking also said there was free parking. The girl at the desk said there was not & gave us the procedure to park in the facility’s parking garage for $35 per night.
