Both floors can be regarded as independent living units as they both have a kitchen and shower room with WC. Cots are available and could be placed in either bedroom and a 'WALL BOX' is installed at the house. Guests with electric cars can use this to charge their batteries.

Kitchen open to the conservatory with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, hob, microwave, mini oven, coffee machine, kettle. Conservatory with dining table, sitting area, radio with CD player. 1 bedroom with double bed. 1 children's room with bunk bed. Bathroom with shower and WC, heated towel rail and underfloor heating. There is a rotary clothes dryer in the garden. The property is fenced and therefore also suitable for children and dogs.
