A charming house in a unique location right on the nature reserve is waiting for you!
Here you will find the necessary rest to relax on your vacation and forget everyday life! Nevertheless, you are on the beach in a few minutes on foot.
The large garden, wonderfully grown in, ensures plenty of privacy. Enjoy the magnificent view of the nature reserve from the cozy living area, in the deckchair on the terrace or from the balcony on the upper floor ... The absolutely new equipment and furnishings offer great details such as the underfloor heating on the ground floor, the ensuite bathroom or the integrated mosquito net and external shutters on all windows. Of course, you don't have to do without anything here and enjoy every comfort, e.g. B. by the new and high quality mattresses, the fully equipped kitchen or the utility room with washing machine and dryer (for free use).
The cozy living and dining area is centrally located on the ground floor and impresses in summer with the large sliding window front that can be opened as well as in winter with the pleasant fireplace. We particularly like the master bedroom on the ground floor with floor-to-ceiling windows, which provide a view of the salt marshes right out of bed as soon as you wake up. And with its own ensuite bathroom with a large double bath, this area is the perfect retreat. B. for all parents (or even for grandparents, as accessible on the ground floor without stairs). For all other guests there are two almost identical bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a very spacious (190x200cm) double bed. A shower bath completes the upper floor.
All in all a very comfortable house for everyone who wants to spend their Baltic Sea vacation in a quiet but close to the beach.

Das Haus liegt direkt am Naturschutzgebiet und vom Sofa aus hat man einen traumhaften Blick in die Natur.
Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr gute Ausstattung und sehr sauber, kleines Manko - zu wenige Haken für Handtücher und zu wenig Ablagefläche im Wohnzimmer,was aber nicht zu Abzügen führt. Wir sind pragmatisch und haben uns arrangiert
