About this house rental
This private 1,232 sqft, one floor home with a finished basement is
on 1/2 acre of land, has easy access, only three steps with lots of grab bars. Features, two full bathrooms, one with jetted tub and the other a walk-in shower, a full kitchen including a dishwasher, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, coffee maker, Air fryer, pots (lobster pot) pans, dishes, silverware, gasses, a back deck with gas grill with grilling tools, 3 season porch, a laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience. A large living room with a TV. The basement has a desk area, a table for playing games, a TV, DVD, Roku with an extra HDMI cable, and AV cables for gaming on the TV in the basement.
The house sleeps eight comfortably.
The 1st floor has three bedrooms, 2 with queen-sized beds, and one with a double bed. The basement is set up as a playroom room and is transformed into a sleeping area at night with a queen sleeper sofa. The main floor has a kitchen, dining, two bathrooms, and a living room. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.
The house is in a quiet wooded neighborhood, only a 1/2 mile walk to Moody Beach. Mini golf with go-cart track, surf/bike rental shop, Dunkin, cafe, and The Shoreline explorer Trolly ( http://www.shorelineexplorer.com ) goes everywhere between York and Lower Village, Kennebunk and is great for getting around, and there's a stop at Ne'r Beach motel, a 5-minute walk from the house.
We have three security cameras, one located on the garage's exterior looking at the driveway . One in the backyard at the corner of the house. And a doorbell. These cameras are for security purposes only! These are the only cameras in use and are always on.

I was surprised to go to downstairs to see all the dirty laundry in the stairway. Multiple comforters and sheets which left us with minimal. I also realized that when we came in 2024 there was a crockpot and this year 2025 I didn’t bring mine and there wasn’t one here. The gas tanks were just about empty when we used the gas grill and fire pit.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach. We liked the screened in porch area. Living room was big enough for the family to be together and play games and relax. Good communication from the owner.

Nice quiet location. Short drive to the beach. Worked out well for a last minute vacation. The owner was very responsive as well.

This house is in my favorite neighborhood and was just a perfect place to spend our vacation. The home is very clean and tidy and has everything that you need. It also had the most comfortable couches of any rental we’ve ever had. It was so nice to have a place to sit and enjoy at the end of the day. The owner was very responsive if we needed anything. We would definitely return. Thank you again.
