The location in the village is very quiet, as the house is 600 metres from a main road. The beaches are around 10km away, within easy access by car.
Outside there is a pool of 45m² (depth 1.5m). There is a big lawn where children can play. Olive trees provide shade. There are two large terraces for sociable dining, with a grill, by the house.
The interior of the 120m² house has modern furnishing and can accommodate up to seven people. It has an open living room with a dining space and a kitchen unit. Comfortable seating invites you to enjoy cosy TV evenings. The LCD TV with a satellite receiver and DVD player provides suitable entertainment. The kitchen in the same room is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and a fridge with a freezer compartment. In the middle there is the dining table for up to six people. The same floor comprises a bathroom with a bath, toilet and washing machine, and a bedroom with a kingsize bed (160cm wide). The upper floor has two bedrooms each with a kingsize bed (16 x 200cm). One of the rooms also has a single bed (90 x 200cm). There is also a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. Air conditioning is available throughout the whole house.
It is not far to the town of Buje, where you can find banks, restaurants, shops and a market. The famous Kanegra beach is just 10km away. It is about 13km to the well-known holiday destination Umag. There are many wine cellars in the area that you should visit, such as in Kabola and Kozlovic. The interior of Istria offers beautiful places of interest such as Motovun, Groznjan, Oprtalj and many more.
The whole house has free wireless Internet access. A parking space is available on the enclosed site.
