The spacious Villa Martina with private Pool and garden is a comfortable holiday house that can accomodate a maximum of 8 guests, offering you everything you need for a relaxing vacation with your family and friends. The Villa consists of two floors: On the ground floor you can find a spacious living room with dinning area with an access to the terrace with seating area, an equipped kittchen with kitchen utensils and two bedrooms with double bed. On the first floor you can find two bedrooms with single bed and one double bed bedroom along with 2 bathrooms, each with a shower. For extra entertainment there's a table football and a PS4 console in the basement. Bed linen, towels, Wifi and a private parking are included in the rental price of the house. The outdoor area consists of a green garden, a private swimmingpool with sun beds, outdoor shower and a outdoor toalet. There is also a BBQ with dinning area in the garden, which is ideal for cozy evenings by the pool. The Villa Martina is the perfect choice for those who want to spend their holidays in peace and quiet, but also close to the sea. The popular city of Umag is only 8 km away from the villa.
