The bedroom has a high-quality box-spring bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. A modern genuine leather sofa 2.45 x 2.45 m with sleeping function for 1-2 additional guests is located in the living room. You can use the internet access with W-Lan free of charge.

Your holiday flat is located in a historic old granary in the town. The house is around 13 metres high, making it quite imposing. Nevertheless, it is not particularly noticeable in the cityscape, as it is located in a cul-de-sac, although only a few steps away from the Pfeifer bookshop in Heiligegeiststraße. The warehouse was built in 1904, making it 112 years old. After much effort, it has now been converted into a residential building with 8 flats. During the renovation, great importance was attached to preserving the old building fabric and ecological construction.
