Nevertheless, it is not particularly noticeable in the cityscape, as it is located in a cul-de-sac, although only a few steps away from the Pfeifer bookshop in Heiligegeiststraße. The warehouse was built in 1904, making it 112 years old. After much effort, it has now been converted into a residential building with 8 flats. During the renovation, great importance was attached to preserving the old building fabric and ecological construction.
