Altstadtjuwel Quedlinburg

Großzügige, palastartige Fewo, die bei unseren Söhnen (12J und 10J) ein wow! hervorgerufen hat. Sauber, originell und edel eingerichtet, zentral gelegen, für Jugendstilfans ein extra Bonbon. Riesige Deckenhöhen, welche Menschen, die in Renditequadern mit 2,50m Deckenhöhe hausen, verwöhnen.

de inrichting van de woning is super, zeer ruim, erg comfortabel en mooi design van modern met oud. Keuken is erg compleet, super goed bed en zithoek. Alles is erg schoon. Woning is naast het voetgangersgebied, in 2-10 minuten wandelen vele mogelijkheden voor eten en drinken. Ook de burcht is in 7 minuten te voet te bereiken. Erg aan te bevelen !

een airconditioning of betere manier om de woning koel te houden of te krijgen. Check in is via de winkel ernaast, ik had het bericht van de verhuurder niet gezien, let hier even op ;) Verder is alles echt super !

The “old” apartment was just delightful Spacious, full of light but equally somehow cozy. Really well equipped ( apart from mirrors☹️). Great selection of good glasses and good coffees cups and mugs . Nice lighting for the evening. Best bit was being able to sit in the little bay window with a coffee or a wine and watch the world go by. Just fantastic place to sit and it was bathed in sunlight in the afternoon. Nice bathroom with good shower and towels and bedding all comfortable. A lovely stroll through the many many half timbered buildings takes you into the main square -Quedlingburg is a lovely place to explore. The butchers opposite is fabulous. As well as a good selection of meat, there were lots of great home made things rillettes, fresh cheese etc and the staff were very friendly. The castle and the collegiate of St Servius were fabulous A lovely place to stay. Thank you so much!

No long or even half mirror and no mirror to make up with- the lighting in the hallway was not good enough and the bathroom mirror was too far away to see due to the wonderfully large dual sinks. There were no curtains in the lounge which meant that some light did come through in the night from the street lights outside but actually it really didn’t bother us at all and we did think it would!!! A few more tea towels would be good!
