Ski in and out. The location and the security of the the building and parking. Spacious apartment. The welcome biscuits and wine was a nice addition.

Very dim lighting especially around the kitchen and dining area. Hot water not efficient for 5 adults. Google map location is incorrect on booking.com

L'appartamento era molto confortevole, comodo e spazioso, con anche uno spazio esterno, posto auto e accesso diretto al piano tramite ascensore. E' collocato di fronte al pratone di Pila, quasi di fronte alla trattoria dei maestri che d'estate offre bella musica e sedie a sdraio gratis tutto il giorno. Pertanto, anche se non si ha voglia di andare a fare una passeggiata, si può semplicemente uscire di casa a prendere un po di sole e ascoltare bella musica sorseggiando un drink o un buon caffè. E' stato tutto perfetto, e l'appartamento è sicuramente ideale anche per la stagione invernale visto che consente l'accesso direttamente alle piste, senza fatica. Sicuramente da ritornarci, sia d'estate che d'inverno.

Nulla, è stato tutto perfetto e ci siamo goduti al massimo il nostro soggiorno a PILA.

L’accoglienza e la precisione della Signora Simonetta sono di alto livello. L’appartamento è allestito in maniera ottimale e gradevole. La posizione è fantastica per chi vuole sciare perché è direttamente sulle piste. Nel building è disponibile la skiroom ed il garage privato.

In generale non ho cose negative da segnalare

Location was perfect. As you can see from the photos, the apartment is beautiful and seems even bigger in real life. The decoration is lovely and everything was super comfortable. Communication with Simonetta was smooth and she did everything to enhance our stay. It was easy to park just below the residence in a private parking box. Unlike some of the other buildings in Pila, this condominium has easy access with an elevator from the garage up to the apartments and also to a ski locker. Everything was super clean - even the parking garage and all of the common areas in the building are perfectly maintained. We were directly on the ski slopes and also within easy walking access to our favorite restaurants and bars. So we no longer needed the car-

Everything was great for us. We were happy not to have good phone connection, which is typical for Pila, but for those who have to work using internet, you probably want to coordinate with Simonetta for wifi (which I think is available but we wanted to disconnect during our stay).
