The room overlooking the river!
The only downside was no microwave in the room but that’s it.

Wonderfully designed hotel in a perfect location on the Riverwalk of 22mi!
- industrial design elements that draw on the location history. A great 7th floor bar/casual dining facility.
The sleeping pillows we had were oversized depth so it was extremely difficult to enjoy a comfortable sleep.
When asking for alternatives was told there were no alternatives. For an IHG group hotel that is unacceptable.

The location, view and architecture. Interior design was decent.
We do reviews and have worked in the hospitality industry. A blatant lack of amenities. For the cost of the room it would be nice to have a heated pool, jacuzzi, more unique options on the food menus. Lacking in enough towels for one night, one of the soap dispensers in room were empty, room amenities was in operable or not plugged in. Extremely SLOW elevators. Hallways had chipped walls, dirty walls, chipped handles in the room, broken picture frames.
