In the winter months, the resort offers 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain, highlighted by the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Come summertime, you can easily go mountain biking or hiking, take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest), or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. This condo was wonderful and really really clean. There was not a single dust bunny on the floor, the kitchen was very tidy, and the bathroom did not have a single hair on the floor. It was truly clean. The layout of the condo was great! We enjoyed the hot tub that was for adults. The transportation bus was consistent and quick. It was easily walkable to the ski gondola. We had everything necessary to cook with and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The staff greeted us every time we left or arrived back and were very friendly, outgoing, and helpful.

A 2 minute shuttle ride to the ski base. Very Nice Clean unit with average bed sizes, one of the bedrooms is for kids my tall teenagers were not comfortable in those beds. Hot tubs are shared and often crowded. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped except need more pot/pan options. Balcony overlooks pool, unit has a private gas grill . All in all a great place
