Eagle Ridge Lodge comes recommended based on our stay. We experienced a major issue with an unsafe bunk bed, and the maintenance staff amended it promptly. However, it was a big oversight by the staff that manages the unit after every stay. The unit we stayed in was well-equipped and comfortable; our master bed had a newer mattress. The bunk mattresses are concave, need replaced. The kitchen, baths and overall appearance of furnishings and interior are in good condition.Staff were pleasant and helpful, and amenities were a welcome addition to the stay. Some front desk staff spoke partial English.

This condo was wonderful and really really clean. There was not a single dust bunny on the floor, the kitchen was very tidy, and the bathroom did not have a single hair on the floor. It was truly clean. The layout of the condo was great! We enjoyed the hot tub that was for adults. The transportation bus was consistent and quick. It was easily walkable to the ski gondola. We had everything necessary to cook with and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The staff greeted us every time we left or arrived back and were very friendly, outgoing, and helpful.

A 2 minute shuttle ride to the ski base. Very Nice Clean unit with average bed sizes, one of the bedrooms is for kids my tall teenagers were not comfortable in those beds. Hot tubs are shared and often crowded. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped except need more pot/pan options. Balcony overlooks pool, unit has a private gas grill . All in all a great place
