This condo is part of the EagleRidge Lodge in Steamboat Springs, a complex that's ideally positioned just a quarter-mile stroll from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter months, the resort offers 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain, highlighted by the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Come summertime, you can easily go mountain biking or hiking, take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest), or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown Steamboat Springs, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and wonderful restaurants that include The Laundry, Salt and Lime, and Carl's Tavern, is three miles north. Great place to stay, something for everyone; pool, hot tube, full kitchen, easy access to the slopes and town Clean and quite too.

The view was nice and the amenities were good - hot chocolate downstairs, the gym etc. We had several issues during our stay over the Spring ski season so it was quite expensive, 2k for 3 nights. The ice/water dispenser in the fridge was broken and there was a fish smell coming from the kitchen sink. We called right when we arrived and they said someone would come, but they never did. The TVs didn’t stream well. They got stuck so often they were unusable. The pillows are very think bricks and there is very little closet space for 4 people. It was fine overall, but I have higher expectations for the price point.
