Perfectly located for winter and summer adventures alike, this first-floor, two-bedroom condo at EagleRidge Lodge sits just a few steps from the gondola and the main base area at Steamboat Ski Resort. The living space is both bright and cozy, with large windows that let in the sunshine and a gas-powered fireplace to thaw you out after days spent in foot-deep powder. Enjoy a private patio where you can sip your morning coffee or cocoa when the sun is out, a private washer/dryer to take care of any laundry needs, a pair of flatscreen TVs and DVD players, and two full bathrooms to accompany the two bedrooms. In the winter months, the resort offers 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain, highlighted by the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Come summertime, you can easily go mountain biking or hiking, take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest), or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown Steamboat Springs, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and wonderful restaurants that include The Laundry, Salt and Lime, and Carl's Tavern, is three miles north. Overall, really enjoyed our stay. The location is great and really close to the hill. The shuttle was so convenient. The heated pool hot tub were huge hits (especially with the kiddos). The unit was very clean and my family happens to be a little on the clean freak side. Only downside was the master bedroom mattress and pillows were very firm. Will bring our own pillows next time a mattress topper. I would go back and book again!

Great spot as a corner unit and walkout to the pool. The unit was very clean and well-kept. Downside was the screen door was broken and off the track. Otherwise it was a great stay and we would come back!!
