Fabulous sunny balcony and view across the lagoon - appreciated as a windy week. Very quiet which was great. Walking distance to eateries and beach and just a short drive to La Concha beach and heart of town location is its biggest asset.

Overall just a bit tired. Needs money invested in more crockery, good knives and toaster that doesn’t trip electrics. Only 2 large mugs that we had to keep on washing. At a £1000 fur a week the gesture of some bottled water on arrival would be appreciated.

Un peu plus de vaisselle afin de ne pas devoir faire fonctionner le lave-vaisselle peu rempli. L'éclairage du salon est trop faible. On n'y voit pas grand chose. Pas de chaîne internationale sur la télévision. Quelques informations (par écrit) sur les activités, les restaurants, les commerces seraient les bienvenues

Location of this apartment is fantastic and the terrace is facing the right direction to get the best of the sun.

It would be a nice idea to have a bottle of water in the fridge for people arriving late in the evening.

Very comfortable appartement with large sunny terrace and great view over the bay. Good bed & bathroom. Under the apartments there are a lot of nice restaurants. They are all good but special recommendation for la Cazuelitas tapas (only during the day) and Leo's beach bar. So we did not cook in the apartment. Supermarket is walking distance and a larger one on the road to La Oliva. It's a 10 minute walk to the old centre where nice restaurants are. Checking in and out was easy. We were contacted by whatsapp and made arrangements to meet and check in. We had a hour delay, so we could communicate that. She was waiting when we arrived. There is a parking spot in the garage, but that is very steep. So we parked the car on the street or neighbouring streets. It is free and safe. The swimming pool was great but cold. So when we were swimming we mostly had a private swimming pool. But the beach is very close and the sea water was warmer. So two great swimming options.

You can only reach the swimming pool by going over the road and the enter through the gate. Minor thing. We needed to pay 200 euro deposit on the creditcard and when we checked in there were many rules. They check them when you check out. In the past we were used to this practice, but we haven't paid deposits for a long time. But all was fine and they released the 200 euro's quickly. We were aware of it upfront, because it is written on booking.
