Beautiful Modern Villa – 10 Minutes from the Beaches of Cannes-la-Bocca and Mandelieu

This place is amazing, the photos don't do it justice. Spotlessly clean with Yann on hand with any queries. Would recommend to anyone. 20 mins drive (or bus) into Cannes with a lovely Patisserie 10 mins walk away.

We stayed here a week in july ( 10 people)
The house was SO nice. Lots of room and space for everybody, everything was so nice and clean and we felt very welcome.
Yann is a great and very serviceminded host, and we will recomend a stay in this holiday house for everybody!

The images of this property are very alluring and when you arrive it certainly does not disappoint. You enter the property through electrically operated gates to find there are two houses inside the plot, both owned by the host Yann and his family. The smaller house is also available to rent. There is plenty of secure parking space on the plot.
When you enter the main house, there is certainly a wow factor. The L shaped kitchen, lounge, dining area is large and airy and is well equipped with quality appliances and AV equipment. There is a double bedroom at the rear of the kitchen area with an en-suite shower. The toilet for this bedroom is located in the entrance hall
The remaining 4 bedrooms are located upstairs. At the top of the stairs there is a door which is convenient if you have small children, All of the rooms are large and well laid out, with air conditioning that works well. External electric blinds on almost all of the windows further counteract the intensity of the sun and provide excellent light blocking. There is a communal family bathroom, shower and toilet. The large master bedroom has an en-suite.
The pool is a good size and well maintained and although not heated it was a perfectly acceptable temperature for us including our two very young infants who were part of our 10 person party.
There are a few unfinished pieces of work around the house, which indicate that the project is not yet complete, but these do not detract from the overall quality.

We had a wonderful family holiday in this beautiful villa. Very well appointed, with everything we needed and lots of space for the 9 of us (3 families - 6 adults, 1 teenager and a 10 and an 8 year old). Yann, the owner was nearby for any assistance too. We especially loved the pool - gorgeous! Many thanks for sharing your wonderful villa with us!
