Lift didn't worked,should be advertised as the apartment is located on the eight floor

The apartment was ok.

It is not mentioned on the advert that the apartment is on the eight floor and there is only one lift which did not worked for the past three days of our stay.If you have a physical mobility issue,avoid the place.

We stayed just for one night while visiting Klaipeda. The apartment was great - it was clean, spacious and had everything you would need for the stay. It has a little balcony and while the view isn't something to die for, it's still wonderful.

A comfortable place to stay with the family, everything you need for a great stay is there!

Great clean apartment with everything needed. During the hot august of 2022, the apartment warms up quite a bit in the sunlight, but there is a balcony to cool off on at night. All the appliances worked well and were new. The kids loved the toasted cheese sandwich maker:) Elevator worked fine and the building lobby and hallways were clean and modern. The hosts helped us out with all our needs and requests! A great place to stay for a great price!

Late night parking was a bit hard to find on the street, all spots close to the entrance where taken. There were some minor repairs that needed to be done, but nothing drastic.

elavator-easy access to the apartment (even no stairs from the outside!); free parking area- but will need some luck to find parking spot late in the evening.

Quite noisy location. There is noise from outside from early in the morning until late to the night (even at night you can hear slight distant city sound). A little bit inconvenient arriving (driving) to the building.

Everything in the apartment was great for us. We completely enjoyed the place.

We liked everything about the apartment. Very nice, clean, and comfy. Free parking, lift to the floor #8. Everything was fine. We absolutely enjoyed staying there. Plus a big mall pretty close.

Because it was a ten floor high apartment building then it was a bit difficult to find a free parking slot. Also, the shortest route from the mall to the apartment was not a very good gravel road (about 100-200 meters or so) zigzagging around the local garages.
