Glad the unit was on the first floor. Good kitchen and bedroom set up. Pool was nice and beach access was direct and easy. We saw dolphins! Clean up instructions were easy to follow. Host service was very responsive via text message. Water pressure and temperature were both excellent - never seemed to run out of hot water. A reasonable price for reasonable accommodations.
Didn't find the laundry room - if we'd been there longer I probably would have asked. Kitchen needs pot-holders for oven use - we managed with a dish towel. Ceiling fans need a bit of oil and tightening.

The key box directions were not good for returning the gate key. Thank goodness another renter was there that helped me.

I like it was small! Convenient to beach! Definitely it what some of the pictures show!
The beds were hard and couch was uncomfortable. The flooring was messed up which could be dangerously bad for someone. My guest tripped . It was not cleaned good. Tomato stain at the fridge. The very dusty fans and bed covers had stains not properly washed. Curtains stains and not washed.
