Private gated community, elevator, covered free parking. Kitchen fully equipped, washer and dryer in condo, self check in with lock box.
Walk, bike, golf cart or drive to Tybee shops and Restaurants. Fishing, swimming, shelling, boating, golf carting!
This spacious condo has great views of the beach and bay waters. North Beach is the quiet side of the Island where the big ships roll by and the dolphins chase the shrimp boats.
Bay View Villas is on North Beach on Tybee Island. It is a more quiet residential side of the Island. The water is more calm and the beach is less crowded.
Golf Carts, Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs, Umbrellas and Beach Carts.

Please let us know asap if you would like to rent any items not provided by your rental home. Your added rental items will be waiting for you upon your arrival inside your rental and will be picked up after your departure. If you would like to rent a island golf cart, we will deliver to you at your set time to sign the paper work and give you the keys. You will find our rental prices are less than others on the island as a perk for our guest! Supplies are limited and first come first served.

Wonderful view of the ocean. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Propery grounds was very well kept. The only issue we had was our neighbors above us in 305. They had three children and were constantly running and jumping. My husband had asked the parents if they children would stop after 2 days of putting up with it but it continued throughout the remainder of our stay.

We loved everything about our stay! Except the elevator was out of service. Great view, great beach access, perfect location to Huc-A-Poos & Tybean coffee shop. I love Tybee Island & can't wait till next time!

The floor above is not insulated at all! When the renters in 305 walk it sounds like a herd of elephants. A new set of renters came while we were still there so it was not just heavy footed renters the first three days. The master bathroom toilet runs, there is a plastic bowl in see the kitchen sink that stinks. The guest bathroom had long black curly hairs everywhere on the floor and the bathtub. It is definitely not worth 1200 for five days!
