Perfectly positioned in one of Tybee Island's most peaceful residential areas, guests are just minutes from North Beach, the Tybee Lighthouse, the Shops at the Oaks, and local favorites like Huc-a-Poos and Zunzibar. Enjoy a quieter island experience while still being close to dining, shopping, and attractions.
Inside, the main living level features an open-concept layout with vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and comfortable seating centered around a large TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, and all essentials for home-style cooking. The kitchen flows into a dining area ideal for shared meals and group gatherings, while a screened porch and adjacent deck with a porch swing extend the living space outdoors. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water adds convenience after beach days.

Beautiful home with lots of room for everyone! Big eat in kitchen, comfortable beds. Showers are small, and the jetted tub put out a lot of black pieces each time any of us tried to use it. But other than that, everything was great! The game room was fun. Adults and kids enjoyed playing games at night. It’s a small private community so we felt very safe here. It’s a short walk to the board walk, and I’m thankful for not having to cross busy streets to get the beach. We didn’t find anyone to help with beach chair rentals, so we had to get our own. There were some in the home/garage, but didn’t get clarity if those toys and chairs were available to use. If you want a more private stay and less busy beach- this is definitely your spot! I didn’t realize we would not have beachy/ocean waves on the north point since it was our first time visiting GA coast, so I want to share because my kids didn’t love that part of our stay (but had nothing to do with the property).
