Peaceful location even though on main road. Lovely lounge and kitchen and the bed was super comfortable. Really excellent value for money

Couple of minor issues that were immediately resolved e.g. missing pillow cases and freezer drawer broken but did not impact out stay as were dealt with quickly and with excellent communication from the host

It was clean, was safe, we had help from a staff member. Just overall a nice place to stay. We definitely would stay again if we visit again.

There was no baby facility’s. Like travel cot even though I said I was bringing my toddler.

Convenient location, easy parking, very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and rooms had plenty storage. Kitchen and shower rooms were very clean. Access to building and rooms was straightforward and it is worth watching videos on how to use the smart locks of you haven’t used before. A superb facility!

EV charger wasn’t working which wasn’t a disaster, but would have made stay more convenient. The main bedroom had no means to get fresh air/cool down as the window to the kitchen area would not open. Appreciate that the host cannot control the weather, but that room was unbearably warm due to this. A member of staff knocked on door at 0815 on day of check out for some unknown reason. They were polite and I am sure it was a miscommunication but it was still slightly annoying giving check out wasn’t until midday.

The apartment itself was good, spacious with a comfortable bed. Good bedding and towels.

The apartment was in a poor condition: stained and slightly damaged furniture, cracked rubbish bins, bare cable from TV or somewhere, cracks in kitchen area floor, 2 light fittings had 3 possible lights but only 1 working bulb in each, etc. Overall it just looked shabby. No dishwasher or coffee maker which I think were listed on the equipment.
