Amazing hosts, lovely location

The hosts were the most lovely people; extremely kind & generous (the fridge had a plate full of cheese and salami, along with beer and really nice wine)! The breakfast was amazing! The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything i could need. The location was perfect - very close to the station and an easy walk to the boat trips. Yes, it is a main road with no pathway, but I did not feel remotely unsafe because all the passing vehicles gave me a wide berth. I can not recommend this place highly enough, and I will definitely stay here if I visit Virpazar again.

Welcoming host, but too hot for August temperature

The host was very nice and welcoming. You can also park your car right outside.

In the booking site, it says the room comes with AC, but unfortunately, it was just a very noisy column fan. It was very uncomfortable due to the high August temperature, and there was little possibility of keeping the window open because of the stray cats that would try to come in. Additionally, there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, so after showering, everything would be inundated. I think a few adjustments could make the stay more comfortable.

Perfect stay

The owners are very nice and we got a very good breakfast every day :-) The location is perfect to visit Virpazar. The lake is just a few minutes by foot away and you can avoid the people who want to sell you a boottour at the parkingplace at the lake itself.

Living on balkan hospitality

The super hospitality and breakfast prepared by mama Pavle is the biggest advantage of this apartment. You can reach Sakadar lake shortly by foot. Good wifi.

Living with locals and a Balkan mom with a big heart 💜

Location: Few minutes by feet from Virpazar train station Room: Spacious studio with bathroom and kitchen pantry Host: Pavle and his mom are super caring and helpful. Pavles mom is an original Balkan mom! She welcomed me with a bottle of home mode red wine with cheese and salami! For breakfast, she insisted me to empty the plate…like a real mom, lol. Pavle always replies within a short time. He offered to drive me to Budva for a small fee. I refused at first, but when the train broke down, I ask him about his offer and he picked me up within 5 mins at the station!

Bathroom: Hot water needs to be switched on before shower. Waiting time incl.

Mihaljevic and his mum were the best hosts, so welcoming and kind. The apartment is a 2 minute walk from the train station. It's the perfect starting point for hikes around Virpazar. The breakfast was amazing every morning. If I could rate it higher, I would. Genuinely an amazing place to stay

Wonderful hosts

The hosts were wonderful, so welcoming and helpful. We stayed 2 nights and breakfasts on both mornings was great.

No shower curtain means water gets all over the bathroom floor and ventilation is poor.

It was 35 degrees and the appt. Did not have an airco as mentioned in the description of booking.com The appt is actually a one room garage with a shower. There was one bed one bed and one couch. Both Not very comfortable. There was some strange coffee you apparently had to cook for breakfast. It was cheap but I had gladly paid some more tohave a better place to stay.

Unbelievable hospitality and kindness

If you want real culture and experience true Montenegrin hospitality then this is the place for you. Away from the busy afternoon rush of tour buses in the center of Virpazar you have this lovely little village and Apatman Pavle!! I was greeted with such warmth and generosity, grapes in the fridge, beer and then as I was about to head out, the host insisted I try her homemade wine and cheese, and this is how it is here, true hospitality and kindness, a great experience. The room was also great, quite big, a comfortable bed, clean, a fan for hot nights and all at a very good price, couldn't have asked for more.

Cute area, super lovely grandma who always ensured that you had little things to snack on. 5 cute cats. Safe and friendly neighbourhood, 5 minute walk to the train station. really loved the family and i felt well taken care of

In summer there are some mozzies and sandflies(?) but with the fan on it wasn't too bad. they have a mosquito screen too i think

Great place for a very good price

Great place for a very good price. The hosts are friendly, treated me with homemade cheese and wine. Not far from the railway station, Virpazar can be reached by foot in 10 minutes. The apartment has everything you need. Large and comfortable bed, large bathroom. There is a private winery next to the apartment.

Место нашли без проблем, находится в пешей доступности от площади Вирпазара, можно оставить машину и идти пешком. На территории очень забавные кошки. Хозяева приятные и гостеприимные люди. Встретили и заселили нас вечером.

1. На завтрак нам принесли просроченные йогурты. И когда я отнёс их хозяевам и сказал об этом, нам их даже не заменили. 2. Ужасное крепление душевой лейки и нет шторки для душа. После каждого - даже небольшого - приёма душа весь пол в санузле мокрый, очень неудобно. 3. После первой ночи утром в постели были обнаружены клопы. При этом хозяева не видели в этом проблемы, говорили, что в условиях жизни рядом с озером и лесом это нормально. Нет, уважаемые, это не нормально! Это антисанитария. Это стало последней каплей, после чего мы уехали из этого места, прожив в итоге там только один день из двух. При этом хозяин взял оплату за оба дня.
