A TOTAL SCAM RUNNING BUSINESS

SCAM ,DO NOT BOOK THE APARTMENT. This apartment is totally a Scam Business running. The apartment location as shown on the website was different when the lady called us and took us to the actual place ,We were extremely dissatisfied with this booking. As soon as we checked in ,the entire apartment was totally different from what was advertised.its not one bedroom but just a studio with an old sofa /bed .The apartment was dirty , the lights were not working, and many things the list will be endless .

I got a different apartment than the one on the pictures. Had to wait half an hour before I could enter the apartment. It was very dirty and smelled bad although the window was open. I felt quite uncomfortable staying there.

The landlord is useless with instructions. He maid us wait for 1.5 hrs, different photos than the reality. Check out time he kicked us out earlier, because another guest came earlier. Such disrespectful behaviour. There is no bed its just sofa inside 15 square metres. Horrible experience! Im writing it from coffee shop.

Really bad. Firstly we were waiting for the man who was supposed to give us the key and when he showed up he gave us the wrong key and didn't even explain exactly where the wrong apartment was. We tried to enter the apartment, but it was taken. Than we waited for his friend who owns another apartment for about an hour.

The apartment for one night is good, but it can be better.

The owner is good, the bathroom is in rare excellent condition, the bed is comfortable. All in all, a great choice if you want to spend one night in the City Kvart

If we take into account the hiddenness of the entrance and the fifth floor, the price could be a little lower. Wifi connection didn't work because supposedly my phone can't detect Wifi network, which is a bit strange. But we will not give complete prejudices.

Hygiëne problemen.

Zeer vuil, zelfs schimmel aan het plafond . Electrische aansluitingen uit de muur , zetelbed vol met plekken. Communicatie zeer onduidelijk tot niet. De brave man die voor hem werkt doet ook maar wat hem opgedragen wordt.

Ekelhaft! Achtung SCHIMMEL!!! Dreckig, voller Nikotingeruch und total unsauber, schmierig, klebrig.

Die Nähe zur Stadt, ansonsten gar nichts!!!

Es war wiederlich! Ekelhaft dreckig. Lange dunkle Haare am Boden von mehr als 2 verschiedenen Personen. Alle Oberflächen waren total fettig, schmierig, klebrig. Im Bad gab es gesundheitsgefährdenden Schwarzschimmel und der Lüfter war auch total verstopft mit Dreck. Das ganze Apartment roch stark nach Rauch und auch in den Kissen, der Bettwäsche etc war intensiver Nikotingeruch. Für einen Nichtraucher absolut wiederlich. Man hat ja das Gefühl in einem Aschenbecher zu schlafen!! Die Kommunikation mit der Inhaberin war sehr kühl, abgehackt und unfreundlich! Ich verstehe ja, dass in Montenegro die Standards nicht den deutschen Standards entsprechen, aber so eine Siffbude ist eine echte Zumutung!! Ich bin gegangen und habe Gott sei Dank was viel Besseres zum selben Preis gefunden, wo ich dann sogar um eine Nacht verlängert habe.
