About this apartment rental
Completely renovated, its located in the second floor (without lift) of an old building. The whole apartment is filled with natural light, and the functional furniture and amenities makes it very comfortable to accommodate up to 4 people (air conditioning, central heating, fast internet, smart tv).
The opposite Sant’Ambrogio market is a authentic Italian market where you can find typical local products in a characteristic. The area is one of the most liveable neighborhoods of the city with its famous restaurants (Cibreo…), pizzerias et trendy bars.
It is at 15 minutes walk to the major monuments and tourist spots. The famous Basilica of Santa Croce is at 500 meters and the beautiful Synagogue is at 300 meters.
The apartment is situated at the limit of Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) : you can reach the street with your car but you can’t stop there.

Very nice place, lots of food options and sight seeing near by. It is tight quarters if you have lots of luggage. Nice space otherwise. Everything worked like it should. Having Two water closets was nice for getting ready in the morning.

We stayed in 4 apartments in 4 cities, Madrid, Venice, Rome, and Florence. This apartment was the nicest. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bedding excellent. We cooked in one night and had everything we needed. There is some street noise, but closing the windows kept the noise to a minimum. Plus the air conditioner works and is quiet. Two bathrooms are an added benefit. When I had a question they responded promptly.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Florence et un grand merci à Teona pour sa disponibilité, sa réactivité et ses bons plans! Le logement correspondait parfaitement à notre attente et à sa description: très propre, bien situé, aucun désagrément (ou peut-être la chambre sur rue avec un peu de bruit...).

Appartement très agréable et très bien équipé. A 10 mn à pieds du Duomo, dans un quartier vivant avec bars restaurants et le marché San Ambriogo à côté. La chambre donne sur la rue : de l'animation et donc du bruit le soir et le matin tôt lorsque les commerces ouvrent. Mais cela ne nous à pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour.
Très bon accueil sur place, Nadia parle parfaitement français et est toujours disponible par téléphone.
